Procedure to download Udyam certificate

These are the following steps to download the Udyam certificate-

  • Applicant Name- Enter the name of the applicant.
  • Mobile Number- Enter the mobile number of the applicant as mentioned in the Udyam certificate.
  • Email ID- Provide the email ID of the applicant as mentioned in the Udyam certificate.
  • State- Select the State where the applicant resides.
  1. Enter the verification code as shown in the box.
  2. Click the submit button after entering all the information mentioned in the application form.
  3. After submission of the application form, complete the payment to get the Udyam certificate in your registered mail ID.
  4. After completion of payment, the Udyam certificate will be sent to your registered mail ID within 2-3 business days.

What is Udyog Aadhar?

Udyog Aadhar registration process was launched by the government to replace the EM-I & EM-II registration. It was introduced to reduce the paperwork for the registration of MSME. An individual could file more than one registration for Udyog Aadhar for different firms. After the registration, the Udyog Aadhar Memorandum certificate will be sent to your registered mail ID  which contains the 12-digit unique code for business aadhar.

Type of Enterprise – 

The type of the enterprise (According to your business) and service activity of the enterprise will be mentioned at the top of the Udyam registration certificate.

Udyam Registration Number –

 It is the 19-digit unique identification number that will be provided to your email ID after the completion of Udyam registration.

Name of the enterprise-

 The name of your Enterprise/ Business will be given.

Official Address of the enterprise – 

Proper address of the enterprise including state, district, and Pincode.

Date of Incorporation/ registration of enterprise –

 The date on which your enterprise was registered.

Date of Commencement of Production/ Business –

 The date on which your business was started.

National Industry Classification Code (NIC) – 

The NIC code for your business according to the activities involved in your business.

Date of Udyam Registration – 

The date on which your enterprise was registered with Udyam.

QR Code – 

The QR code will be given at the bottom of the certificate which can be used to access the information related to your enterprise.
